"Our aim is to raise production standards for Nigerian movies while keeping costs low. This is the prerequisite for entry into the international film market. We also pay special attention to marketing and distribution"

The fund is open to retail investors and professional investors alike. Therefore the mimimum investment is £2000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). Star investors (£10,000 plus) receive regular updates on the progress of individual film projects. Premium investors (£25,000 plus) will receive preview DVDs and be asked to vote on specific issues. Investors willing to invest more than £100,000 are invited to talk to the directors.

Formal subscription will commence once the indicative subscription amount has exceeeded the £500,000 threshold. We are aiming at a subscription sum of £1000,000. In the unlikely event that the subscription sum falls signficantly below a mimimum of £ 250,000 we will return all funds to investors after deducting all costs incurred at this point.
